About the event

Universe Multicultural Film Festival (UMFF) is dedicated to promoting cultural exchange through cinematic arts. Each year UMFF screens over 100 films from more than 30 countries. It unites and supports upcoming filmmakers by connecting them with industry professionals through expert led panels and film markets. The opening gala, reception, and red carpet award ceremony all feature performers showcasing treasured cultural traditions.

UMFF’s has a very wide and diverse audience including adults 40 and up, young adults, film connoisseurs with an interest in independent and foreign films, and families. UMFF also has a strong relationship with international film stars and their fans. This connection helps attract top talent, engage audiences, and foster cultural exchange and industry networking.

Why should you sponsor?

Maeya Cultural Exchange Group’s multiple film festivals can offer promotion on many platforms, including Facebook, Weibo, LinkedIn, YouTube and many more. The total followers across platforms adds up to more than 70,000+.

Another platform is the newly launched Maeya TV. This program broadcasts live interviews with filmmakers. Logos can be placed in the background. Maeya TV offers brands exposure to a worldwide audience, including China and Russia.

The UMFF program book has room available for brand exposure, including on the front and back covers. Businesses can also purchase space for full, half, or quarter page print ads. All sponsors are also listed in a dedicated sponsors page. The program will be available in print at the festival as well as online.

Commercials may be screened during the festival. They can be screened between films as well as before the Award Ceremony. The Award Ceremony is well attended, with several hundred audience members each year.
