DONATION AGREEMENT Between Nine Lives Paranormal, LLC and [Donor Name/Business] This Donation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this ____ day of __________, 2025, by and between Nine Lives Paranormal, LLC, with its principal place of business at [Business Address] ("Recipient"), and ______________, with its principal place of business at ___________("Donor"). WHEREAS, Nine Lives Paranormal, LLC is organizing THE HOLLOW ("Event") to be held on October 4, 2025, to raise funds and awareness for paranormal research and investigation; WHEREAS, Donor wishes to make a contribution to Nine Lives Paranormal, LLC in exchange for certain promotional benefits related to the Event; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows: 1. Donation Levels and Benefits Donor agrees to contribute one of the following amounts to Nine Lives Paranormal, LLC in support of THE HOLLOW event: Donation Level Amount Benefits Provided Ghosts $25.00 Donor's name listed on event T-shirt, one event T-shirt, and donor’s name included on an event advertisement to be displayed at the donor’s business location. UFOs $50.00 Donor's name listed on event T-shirt, one event T-shirt, donor’s name included on an event advertisement to be displayed at the donor’s business location, and business will be announced during the event. Cryptids $100.00 Donor's name prominently listed on event T-shirt, one event T-shirt, donor’s name prominently included on an event advertisement to be displayed at the donor’s business location, business will be announced at the event, and business will be included in The Hollow Trailer video. 2. Payment Terms Donations must be made in full no later than September 1, 2025 to ensure inclusion of the donor’s name on the T-shirt and advertisement. Payments can be made via [Payment Methods: Check, PayPal, Venmo, etc.]. 3. Use of Proceeds Proceeds from donations will be used to offset event overhead costs incurred by Nine Lives Paranormal, LLC. In addition, 25% of all collected donations will be given to the Boonton Elks #1405 to support their community efforts and charitable programs. 4. Promotional Obligations Nine Lives Paranormal, LLC will ensure that donor names are accurately represented on event materials based on the donation level. Nine Lives Paranormal, LLC reserves the right to reject any donor name or material deemed inappropriate or offensive. The event advertisement will be provided to the donor for display at the donor's place of business no later than September 20, 2025. 5. Non-Tax Deductibility Nine Lives Paranormal, LLC is a for-profit limited liability company (LLC). Contributions made under this Agreement are not tax-deductible for federal or state tax purposes. Donor acknowledges that they are providing support to a for-profit business and not a nonprofit organization. 6. Independent Contractor Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Nine Lives Paranormal, LLC and Donor. 7. Termination This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice prior to September 1, 2025. In the event of termination, any donations already paid shall be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. 8. Miscellaneous This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
